I left university as of January 2024 and am seeking full or part time employment. I have been front-of-house cross-trained and have experience in customer service and retail work.
I am a friendly and reliable person, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and patience, and have great time management and problem-solving skills.
Can work any days of the week except for from 6pm on Fridays (for Guide Leader volunteering). Available for immediate start.
Volunteering as a Guide Leader is an incredibly enjoying experience, building further responsibility, diligence and patience for myself as well as getting to provide a supportive and friendly presence for the Girl Guides.
Helped maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for customers of Keystones. I was responsible for keeping the bar running smoothly by collecting glasses and cleaning both behind the bar and on the floor. Taught me a great deal in regards to teamwork and working efficiently.
Strengthened my customer service skills, and gave me confidence using tills and doing general retail work. Taught me organisational abilities and made me grow into a more community-oriented person. Loved getting to work both on the floor supporting customers and in the backroom with my coworkers.
Staff were required to bartend, be on front desk, provide customer services and support, manage gaming areas, and do general cleaning and upkeep. A fast-paced and challenging environment that quickly built initiative, multi-tasking, time management, and teamwork skills. I enjoyed the interaction with customers and ensuring that they had fun by keeping the experience running smoothly.
