Summary

I am a dedicated qualified primary school teacher with six years of experience from early years to primary 7. During my teacher training, I completed multiple placements across different curricular stages, in different schools. I then went on to teach my own classes, gaining experience and understanding of the Scottish curriculum from early years to third level across all curricular subjects. I will continue to work as a full-time primary teacher, developing my practice. Additionally, I would like to work as an online tutor to further help support my family and our household income. I have reached a stage in my career, where I have accumulated a vast bank of teaching resources, forward planners and lessons sequences to follow. My own children are now at an age, (ages 10 and 12), where I can realistically take on evening work and I would be excited for a new challenge. I have the enthusiasm and skills to fulfil this role by helping support children to maximise their own learning potential, foster their strengths and autonomy and tackle their next challenges.
