Warehouse - Machine Op

11.2019 - 12.2022
Upon starting my role at Eco Genics, I was placed in the mould room at Pirelli which was where the moulds used to cure a line of tires were sent when they needed cleaning.
This shows I can work independently as I was trusted to complete this task on my own.
The job included dismantling the moulds which meant taking off the side walls, lifting each individual segments using and overhead cranes, then pressure blasting them with CO2 pellets.
Then reassembling the moulds, signing them off and them sending them.
This had to be completed in a certain time which ensured I had to be competent at my time management skills.
Then I was moved to the new site in Annan as a Process worker for the same company making tyre compounds for Pirelli orders, this included mixing ingredients from batches together to complete certain orders and using programming to set each order.
Materials were stored in the same warehouse on segregated pallet racks.
I would use the forklift to lift the pallets from the pallet racks to then load the hoppers using hoists if the material came in 1 or 2 tonne bags and if the material was in 5kg-20kg we would manually load this shows I can work in team.
I also worked within the store and controlled the issue of materials, completed stock intake.
