Committed and enthusiastic vehicle technician who has successfully completed Level 3 Modern Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, offering a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable about basic vehicle maintenance, customer service, and teamwork. Ready to use and develop diagnostic, repair, and technical skills in a Vehicle Technician role. Keen to deepen knowledge/expertise and would welcome the opportunity of being able to study for further qualification and training if this was available.
I am a keen footballer and play with a local amateur team in Inverness. This keeps me fit & healthy and allows me to focus on being an effective team player in a different environment.
Formula one is another passion of mine and it was this interest that created my desire to become a vehicle technician.
Unfortunately my last 2 years of school were through the years of Covid and lockdowns. This was a challenging time for everyone but for me I had to complete the important years of my education in front of a screen and not in a classroom. I had to adapt to this quickly to ensure that this didn't impact the grades I left school with and was happy to achieve the relevant grades required to access the JLR Apprenticeship Programme.
