• Provide first and second-line IT support across all departments, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Manage and maintain the company's infrastructure, including switches, UPS systems, patch panels, printers, and user workstations.
• Support website and server operations in coordination with external partners, ensuring uptime and data security for e-commerce platforms.
• Act as internal lead for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 27001 (Information Security) systems, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and management reviews, maintaining detailed documentation and corrective action records.
• Develop and maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), aligning all ISO requirements into a unified framework.
• Oversee EcoVadis and Sedex submissions, ensuring sustainability, ethical sourcing, and environmental criteria are met and evidenced.
• Maintain and update legal registers, risk registers, business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate closely with department managers to monitor process performance, implement improvements, and train staff on compliance procedures.

• Regularly make top taker for the night with those sales being around 1k even though I attended to other duties maintaining stock levels changing barrels and post-mix
• Was also nominated for department team member of the month for June

In this position it was my job to assemble and disassemble food machines such as formers, conveyers, fryers and mixers also tasked with maintaing the motors and sensors used using skills in programing plcs and disassembling and reassembling motors and being able to test and check three phase motors in both star and delta configs

• Achieved The third highest sales taken for the year with my sales totalling just shy of 100K I achieved this even though I only worked 3 days a week.

In this position I Started off as a follow spot operator and progressed to AV technician where its was my job to operate multiple cameras focused on the stage and a stage cam operated by another crew member. Other resposibilities inculded maintenace not only on the av equipment ( tvs Pcs cameras maticies and projectors) I was also tasked in helping maintain sound and Lx equipment.
