Responsibilities:

- My day to day involved nurturing prospects and customers via the phone, email, and social media.

Skills involved:

• Decision making / problem solving - Making quick and accurate decisions when dealing with prospects and customers needs and objections.
• Communication - Needed to make sure my communication was on point to resolve any issues and to get deals over the line quickly and efficiently.
• Leadership / teamwork - Was regularly left in control of our 10 man team when my manager was off site. I had to make sure everyone knew exactly what their roles were and prided myself in motivating and supporting them.

Responsibilities:

- My day to day responsibilities involved serving food and drinks to guests.

Skills involved:

• Customer service - I prided myself on serving with a smile and making each customers experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible.
• Teamwork - It was a very busy spot with not many staff so our teamwork had to be immaculate. I enjoyed the busy hustle and bustle and I always made sure I was in constant communication with my teammates to make sure everyone was being served. In these super busy environments I was constantly congratulated on being composed and efficient under pressure.
