ACTIVITIES

Within my spare time, I tend to spend most time with friends and family. Family is important to me and a high priority. Besides family I would immerse myself with listening to music, reading from time to time, as well as visiting my local mixed martial arts gym to engage and train within that sector of self-defence and sports, as self-care is important to myself due to having enduring life-threatening injuries in previous which affected my ability to work. Now in full health a healthy balance of work and self-care is my aspiration in life. Within my spare time, I tend to spend most time with friends and family.
