I hold a Diploma in Life Coaching, supporting clients with behavioural change, emotional resilience, and goal-focused recovery. I also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and am accredited in counselling skills, enabling me to work safely, ethically, and relationally with individuals experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges.My practice is further informed by ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) across areas including substance use disorders, addiction recovery, mental health, trauma, and relapse prevention, ensuring my work remains informed, reflective, and responsive to clients’ needs.
