· Partnered with technical experts and leading scientists across the company to transform research ideas into innovation opportunities in powder detergent fabric care.

· Meticulously designed and executed the company’s largest full-scale experiment. I modelled result data to uncover unseen insights and relationships between the powder’s chemical make-up.

· Developed detergent prototypes to achieve goal of reducing the carbon footprint by 50% while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

· Conducted batch laboratory reactions to manufacture adsorbent product, and executed a designed scale-up from pilot (20 L) to industrial (200 L) production levels.

· Independently managed lab-scale (1L) experiments to find optimum procedural conditions for a prospective product to be manufactured by the company.

· Operated heavy machinery, including a vibration separator to separate manufactured product based on particle size, assuring quality with sampling under a microscope.

· Equipped myself with software skills to design plant reaction and washing vessels, giving a detailed design specification with precise dimensions in each project.

· Responsible for opening and preparing the front bar and customer areas to highest of standards, ready to welcome hundreds of guests daily. Needed astute planning and an eye for detail.

· Engaged with customers with perceptive communication skills and an approachable, positive character when taking orders and dealing with incidences.

· Worked busy weekends, matchday shifts and band nights with stressful conditions, improving time efficiency and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
