Was invited by my Line Manager to apply to become Subject Matter Expert to assist my colleagues and managers with any queries or issues they faced.

• Increased understanding of complex situations and processes by leading individual and group coaching sessions.
• Supported management team by covering when few in, and providing assistance in areas of more complex natures.
• Liaised frequently with individuals from the client we worked with to ensure that targets were hit, and improvements were made if not.
• Dealt with several detailed investigations which led to massive increases in both productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Would average a total of around 30 contacts from both customers of the client and associates, which I provided assistance for.
