ABOUT ME

Lifelong sport and fitness fanatic, open to exploring opportunities to further develop my practical and professional self. Having taken a brief step away from strength and conditioning and the sport and fitness industry, due to a recent ACL reconstruction surgery, I'm now looking for chances to reintegrate. I have a broad range of experience, both in coaching and education, and I'm now looking to build upon this.
