Since September 2024, I have been studying Functional Skills at Itchen College, alongside working towards my GCSEs in English and Maths. These courses have helped me develop key skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
I am now looking for a role in retail to gain further experience in a professional environment. I’m enthusiastic about working with people and developing my customer service skills. I enjoy meeting new people and working as part of a team, and I’m confident that a retail role will help me grow both personally and professionally.
