• Assisted in filling and sanding processes to restore blade geometry following casting defects and laminations completed by Segment 3B.
• Prepared blades for painting by applying skim fill to eliminate pinholes and sanding surface defects to meet high-quality standards.
• Gained experience fitting key offshore components, including vortex generators (VGs), dino tails, and leading edge protection (LEP).

Segment 3B Operative
February 2021 – October 2022

• Performed blade activation, grind-outs of defects, and wet fibreglass laminations in line with strict work instructions.
• Ensured all repairs were completed accurately and met required specifications.
• Selected to travel to France to support a new manufacturing plant, training colleagues and demonstrating high-standard repair techniques.

Pre-Cast Components Operative (Carbon Beam Segment)
October 2022 – April 2025

• Supported the rollout of a new carbon beam pre-cast component segment for 108 blades.
• Trained new and existing operatives on sanding and grinding processes within precise specifications.
• Conducted pre-quality control (pre-QC) work, including preparation for error mark-ups.
• Performed Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) scanning to identify defects within pre-cast components.

• Conduct inspections using equipment including AMS-46, AMS-102, AMS-60, MWS-6, and infrared technology.
