  • Completed a Graduate Apprenticeship in Software Development
  • Worked within a scrum-agile development team to produce a web framework for Scottish Power. Using technologies such as Python, Django, JavaScript, React and GitHub.
  • Worked with FreeSat as part of the Quality Assurance Team, contributing to various levels of testing such as System Integration, Functional, Performance, Acceptance, Smoke, and End to End Testing.
  • Worked in a number of test leadership roles, including a role with Caledonian MacBrayne Ferries on the Ar Turas project. Responsible for stakeholder and test team management, progress and defect reporting, as well as the overall test execution.
  • Participated in recruitment roles and interviews.
  • involved in Mobile Device Testing role with Google, testing upcoming applications and technology releases, such as the google "look to speak" app in support of disability and impairment.
  • Attended and completed a number of technical and non-technical training courses, such as JMeter performance tool, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials and Principles and Understanding Project Management.
  • Completed a number of technical skill assessments on Pluralsight training website, acquiring a skill rating of "expert" in JavaScript, falling into the "94th Percentile" of all Pluralsight users.
