Why I am a suitable candidate

I am a sport and exercise enthusiast with a HND in sports coaching and development, several years of extensive hands-on experience in sports coaching, fitness instruction and sports development, and currently in the final year of an honours degree in sports coaching. I bring both academical knowledge and practical expertise to the role with my strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, and strength and conditioning.

My practical experience includes leading spin and box fit classes, creating tailored plans to specific personnel across various fitness, ability, and age backgrounds, as well as several years coaching in schools through placement giving me expertise in perfecting technique, creating a motivating and positive climate, and developing patience and one on one coaching abilities as well as large groups. With a passion for helping people become their best versions and achieving their personal and fitness goals, I bring energy, adaptability, and a strong focus on technique and safety to every session. Through my academic journey and hands-on experience, I have cultivated excellent time management skills, strong communication through various professionals and management such as lecturers, classmates, teachers and parents, as well as develop my confidence and leadership skills, these are all integral to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting individuals on their fitness journeys. I am committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment that fosters health, wellbeing, and personal growth for all users.
