LEWIS BLANDFORD

I have been interested in technology and how it is used since I was in primary school. I would like to work in this sector. I always seek opportunities to improve my knowledge and skills in the sector of computing. Because of being interested in technology from a young age I have dedicated many years to study the area and have learned many different skills that are used in this sector. Some examples of my skills being used are creating python programs such as a working calculator and a dice game in GSCE coursework. Creating a bubble sort program in python and creating and configuring a network using IP Phones and DCHP for my HNC course. A research project with the subject of "How to reduce emissions in the digital sector" for my HNC. A database enhancement group project in SQL and another research project focused on AI for my Uni Course. I have used my hardware skills to troubleshoot my desktop computer and laptop many times and have upgraded them without issue. Overall I think I will be a good fit for this opportunity because of having experience and skills in this sector. This opportunity would be useful for me because it will give me work experience for when I complete my Uni course.
