i was responsible for running the zoos gift shop, where they sold various drinks (hot and cold) snacks and small gifts, as head of retail i kept the gift shop sanitary and tidy, made sure stock was out and we was not running low on stock, putting orders in for new stock and more, i worked there for over 8 months, i would have kept working there although my schedule became busy because of starting college.

I had to complete a one week work experience in secondary school, i worked at a primary school, they asked me back for a second week as i did so well which i accepted i did a range of different jobs including the following:

Collaborated with teaching staff to develop educational materials.

• Provided constructive feedback on assignments aiding pupil progression.
• Helped maintain safe school environment following health and safety guidelines strictly.
• Established positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management strategies.
• Liaised directly with parents on their child's progress.
