Throughout my career to date I have had exposure to most areas of business and my hunger to always learn has lead to my having a solid understanding of all areas of the business and there relationship the P&L. I have a strong tendency to want to be well informed, so tend to base any conclusions I come to on data, research and analysis. I would say I'm a realist, however, I enjoy solving problems and can reframe challenges with inventive solutions. I can take the initiative and make decisions without the need for acceptance or backing. I’m curious and always open to new ideas, and I will challenge the status quo if I see it getting in the way of business success.
