I am a 24 year old actively looking for a career change within the retail or hospitality sector. I currently have 4 years of retail experience and i am looking for a place of work with an opportunity to progress higher up a few years down the line. I can happily say that i am a very confident person who can build relationships quickly regardless if that may be with colleagues or customers; and i can deliver a very high ability of customer service to keep people satisfied. I have a good amount of experience within the retail sector but i am always eager to learn new things and look at a potential career change full time.

- Tasks included serving customers on the till to a high degree offering help where needed and making sure we keep customers in the door by delivering and keeping a high standard of customer service.
- I have key holder responsibilities which involve taking in deliveries and doing cash lifts where required and cashing up tills at the end of the day; ensuring everything is locked and ready for the next day.
- One of the main responsibilities I had was looking after the team and keeping them up to date with promotions and sale figures within the shop; handover notes would be required every evening and extra training would take place where necessary.
