- I have been heavily involved with several projects within manufacturing at Howdens in recent years, these include commissioning of new machine lines and with new product introduction and trial projects
- As a more experienced member of the team I am instrumental in the introduction of new processes and new products on the shopfloor in Westside panels I do a lot of training with new starters and apprentices, quite often im the 'go to' person when problems arise within the department

Accomplishments
During my time on the commissioning team for the W lines in 2016/17 I was chosen to attend Wimbledon for my contributions to the project.
During the aftermath of Covid and the challenges and difficulties it presented with Westside panels I was chosen to attend the Edinburgh shopping trip for my contributions to the department.
