Summary

Having acquired and embedded a broad range of transferable skills over the last 25 years whilst in Education, I am now seeking a education I am looking for a change in direction. One in which I can utilise my strengths, learn new skills, face new challenges.

A committed team-player with excellent communication skills, able to develop genuine relationships with people and parties to support them achieve their desired outcome. Passionate about building positive relationships, committed to actively listening to enable others to feel valued, heard and accepted regardless of background or ethnicity.

Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution. Adaptable, creative and driven to support others overcome obstacles which have a detrimental effect on their health and well being.

A strong understanding of assessing, collating and analysing data to ensure provision continuously improves using IT software.

I am looking forward to the challenge of a new role to which I can bring my passion for helping others, utilise and develop my present skill set as well as have the opportunity to expand upon these with further professional development.
