Productive employee with proven track record of successful project management and producing quality outcomes through leadership and team motivation. Works with clients to determine requirements and provide excellent service. Responsible transplant coordinator, passionate about delivering outstanding quality and service. Offering 7 years of experience in industry with history of recognition for performance. Whilst in this position I also assisted in theatre helping the surgeon perfuse a donated kidney, and ensuring the kidney was properly sealed and iced if it needed to be transported to another centre whilst we were doing the paired pool match run which involved all other transplant centres. I also took my turn on call for deceased transplants which involved talking to other transplant centres to ensure suitability of kidney, I also had to phone the surgeon and give accurate handover with timings if any established, phone the recipient, give details and advise them to get to the hospital. LIase with tissue typing if it was a difficult xmatch , and manage any recipient expectations. Visit recipients on the ward post op and ensure a smooth recovery, explain anything that they feel they needed, as in stressful times people tend to forget!

Dedicated registered nurse with experience in achieving tangible results and cross-team collaboration. Proactive and excited to partner with like-minded individuals to achieve goals.
