Accomplishments

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Led a client retention project in my capacity as Operations Team leader. I organised my team where we carried out effective site visits and engagements with external stakeholders. The messaging was on cost savings opportunities for our customers while we focused on customer loyalty and repeat business. The company recorded a 45% YoY growth on repeat business and 23% YoY growth on new customers signposted to company by existing customers.
  • Dual role management: Successfully managed the role of Risk, Compliance & Administration Coordination while Acting PA to CEO prior to finding backfill for the latter post. This allowed for the company to find a suitable replacement to take PA role without going through reduced levels of service in both roles. I onboarded and carried out handover for the new employee.
  • Contract Management: Stepped up to update our supplier and contracts documentation policy in my role as Risk, Compliance and Administration Coordinator. This update pf supplier and property contract ensured that they were available and compliant during auditing reducing the time invest in each audit cycle by three days.
