  • I also know how to create a new supplier and customer accounts on to sage as well as being able to filter them down so that only certain employers come up in the customer selection
  • I have also taken control of the apprenticeship bank account in which I add all the money that has come in to the bank form the apprenticeship employers that we work with so that each invoice that I send out has the correct amount allocated to it
  • I also know how to create a payroll journal from departmental break downs
  • I also know how to run departmental profit and loss as well as balance sheets for each department within the business
  • I can also run a requisition of the bank accounts to make sure that both accounts on sage and the actual bank total up to the same amount over all
  • I can also amend the journal so that the correct nominal codes have been used
  • I currently have control of the petty cash float for the whole of head office and have made a power point on how to reconcile and get a recharge of the amount the amount needed for each departments petty cash claim
  • I have also created a VAT travel expense form to be able to calculate the VAT we can receive from people that have travelling expenses
  • I know how to run off customer statements and day books from sage as well as creditors and debtors analysts

  • The way that these duties will link up to the role that I am applying for is by me being able to use a computer Adequately as well as me being reliable to get the correct information across to the most relevant person
