Dedicated and hardworking university student currently studying Primary Early Years Education with QTS BA (Hons) with hopes to become an early year’s practitioner. With complimentary experience in hospitality obtained from a busy restaurant environment. I am a reliable team player with a personable nature and positive communication style, developed from working in a team in both an educational setting alongside a work environment. I am dedicated to both personal and professional development as I have begun undertaking work experience within an early year setting to develop further skills in aid of me becoming the confident and inspiring teacher that I aspire to be.
I began my role as a crew member at McDonald’s on the 21stAugust 2022. This role has allowed me to further develop my social skills and display acts of problem solving. In order to perform this job well, I have displayed flexibility and have completed training in all areas so that I can be placed anywhere within the workplace and be an excellent team member in ensuring that the McDonald’s four promises: Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value are being achieved.
Commenced work experience on the 2nd of April 2022 as an office administrator within a home office within Dublin, Ireland. This role developed my confidence in handling
situations with customers and increased my independence in updating important data bases and documents. I carried out office admin duties, database management, invoices
and I also called clients and updated their details which took a huge amount of responsibility because this was all confidential information. From my experience, I was
required to ensure all data was accurate so a core skill for this was ensuring that I paid close attention to details and having the skill of picking up important, valid information
which was necessary to document. This included a change of host families addresses, dietary requirements of students staying with host families and many other factors.
