My experience in a printing company was a new challenge, but I found myself adapting swiftly not just to operating the machines, but also to various other aspects of the company's operations. Despite my tenure being relatively short, it was filled with significant learning experiences. I not only absorbed a great deal of knowledge myself but also had the opportunity to share that knowledge with new arrivals, aiding in their on boarding process. Given my capability in English, I naturally took on the role of a translator, facilitating communication between management and non-English-speaking colleagues. My proactive nature led me to not only dominate my own tasks but also assist others whenever possible. I thrive on continuously seeking opportunities for learning and honing my skills, always striving to better myself in the workplace.
