SoE is a software provider for Dental Practices.

I started as a Technician on the Support Desk. On this role, I further improved my Windows and Networking knowledge, customer servicing and how to effectively use Jira to log, track and raise awareness of bugs and issues affecting the software and our customers.
I later transitioned to the Database Migration team, where our goal is to convert Databases from competitors for customers looking to acquire SoE's solution. Daily work consist of Jira,
MS SQL Databases, Slack, and other in-house built tools.
