I have worked on various sites such as crossrail west and hs2 enabling works completing the duties of a low voltage AP or appointed as a CP these positions have often been tied in with supervision duties and testing role and never a specific designated position as the jobs have been relatively small.

I have had training from PPL house city and Guilds accredited course as Low voltage appointed person and training with London underground in the form of safe isolation level 3.

• Wiring pyro under floors, inside ceilings, through crawl spaces, it was important to take care not to cause any damage and limit any cables on show as this was a listed building with many priceless artefacts and paintings. To achieve this I had to survey and plan works.
• Drilling holes with drill bits up to a 1.5meter in length through risers and into floor spaces for cable routing.
• Fault finding of existing and newly installed speaker systems using resistor's and continuity tester as well as a speaker toner.
