When I wasn't helping a customer I would be replenishing stock and making sure the warehouse was neat and tidy. With every job I have listed the most important part of this role was being a part of a team and collaborative so the job can be done in an efficient way while enjoying every day at the job.

This job required me to deliver personalised kitchen designs to B&Q customers, translating their ideas on to a visual representation of how they would want their kitchen to look. My job required me to help choose specific materials for appliances, worktops and specific layouts to fit the budget and the space requirements. The most interesting part of the job was the initial enquiry to finishing the final sale. When the final sale was processed and ordered for fitting we was always available to support with missing parts of the order or any general enquires the customer had for us. The job required me to achieve sales targets which I achieved most weeks and months and learnt a lot through this job for example to a range of different people and cold approaching people to thinking about buying a kitchen to then processing the final sale.
