I am currently self employed as a cleaner for a local business, which I enjoy, however, I am looking to increase my skills in other sectors whilst still maintaining this role on a flexible basis. Being self employed has added to my organisational and professional skills, having to be flexible around the business needs and requirements and maintaining a good professional relationship with the client.
Being a sports leader and a charity volunteer has allowed me to build upon my organisational and social skills. It has enabled me to be more understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of others, as well as my own, and to encourage development in those areas.
