Maintained optimal tractor performance by conducting routine checks on the oil, coolant and screen wash levels and filled up when necessary. Also conducted regular checks on tractor tyres and lights to ensure i was complying with the law.

Used teamwork skills to help keep the team morale high and also the standards high. By doing this, this helped the team to finish jobs to a high standard whilst keeping within the time frame.

Work ethic is important for this job as it is often long hours and fast paced work so a strong work ethic is needed to get through the long hours whilst also keeping direction and focus.

People react in different ways when having broken down whether it be stressed, upset or angry so when attending a breakdown my communication and understanding have had to be applied to comfort the person who has broke down and rescue both them and their cars to the best of my ability.

No two breakdowns are the same so when faced with different challenges I have had to use my initiative to ensure the job is completed safely and efficiently.

In bad weather conditions breakdowns occur more frequently so in bad conditions where I have been faced with multiple jobs one after another I have managed my stress to ensure I continue to provide a professional service.

Missing key steps within the recovery can lead to a customers cars being damaged or even injuring myself or others so i have had to use attention to detail to make sure I miss no steps that ensure a safe recovery where no cars are damaged.

Great timekeeping skills to ensure I arrived at training and games in enough time to prepare for training, mentally and physically, and also ensure I never missed a coach to away games or other venues.

Using a strong sense of attention to detail to perfect my lifestyle to help with performance whether that be through diet, training, game plans or analysing video footage of my next opponents.

My discipline had to be strong to sacrifice late nights, going out drinking and many more things that were happening around me. This ultimately allowed me to do two things I wanted to do, both for myself and my team mates- turn up and perform to the best of my ability.

Working and being apart of a team was something that I loved, whether this was learning from other team mates, helping other team mates out or the social aspect and camaraderie of being apart of a team.

Motivation came from coaches and team mates but the majority had to come from within myself. I learnt and used different methods of self motivation which allowed me to not only get through long, tough seasons but also turn up day in day out and put maximum effort into whatever was in front of me.
