Summary

Service oriented team player able to adapt and work in a wide variety of work environments and situation. Through my experiences I have found myself able to work in both larger teams sometimes consisting of rosters with up to 90 staff and working along side 20-30 at any one time as well as smaller teams consisting of rosters with only 20 staff and working with teams as small as 2-3 colleagues, as such I can comfortably and efficiently work independently or as part of a larger collective.

I consider myself a resourceful problem solver and as such I pride myself on my ability to be able to identify problems and generally I can either solve it myself there and then or I am capable of identifying where I can find the solution be this via an external resource or another person I know will likely have the solution I do not I will always strive to find the solution.

In both my roles working within a team and as a team leader I have found myself capable of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of my colleagues allowing me to delegate tasks efficiently to benefit from said strengths as well as work to fortify any weakness where possible, encouraging colleagues to progress and improve.

Prioritise appropriate time management recognising the difference between speed and efficiency i strive to ensure tasks are done in an efficient manner trying to maximise speed whilst still maintaining the appropriate standards and quality.

In conclusion my professional persona focuses around efficiency, problem solving and adaptability, always striving to be the best version of myself, elevating myself to the next level whilst also striving to inspire my fellow colleagues to also elevate them to their best selves.
