Interests

Outside of work I have managed children’s football teams for Perrywoods United in Halesowen for both under 13’s and under 14’s. This has involved much of my spare time in organising fixtures, players, referees and pitches. With communication key to this and in nurturing and advising the young players. I have also spent a lot of time with my youngest Son and the disability swimming team that he is a member of, helping with Gala’s, organising transport, equipment and fund raising.

Accomplishments

Won a directors award for involvement in a continuous improvement project, nominated for a chief executive award in 2016 and also shortlisted for Bodily Injury Handler of the year for 2016. Work Out Award Winner for RBS Insurance for work in ‘Lean Processes'. Also received a Chief Executive award nomination for my charity work and involvement with the diversity strand of Direct Line Group. During my time within the Credit Hire Counter Fraud department I have achieved significant savings and benefit for the company.
