With over 25 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, project management, integration, and business enablement, successfully managing multiple company entities, covering a wide range of technologies and solutions both in the UK and internationally. Over the past 10 years of my career, I have overseen the IT strategy and integration of ten UK and International companies into the Ceuta Group. My role was involvement with acquisition performing due diligence activities of which then led to 100 day integration planning and execution focusing on cost reduction, centralization of key IT infrastructure and applications and ensuring a baseline of Cyber Security standards.


My role extended to creating and directing a Business Intelligence and Analytics department focused on delivering sales and marketing analysis to our clients and data monetization of retailer EPOS and ex-factory sales.


This also led to further business operation IT initiatives in delivering successful projects to improve and automate business workflows and implementing and supporting a group Customer Relationship Management system.
