  • Responsible for managing and operating a new site along the River Thames. My primary focus is to ensure the site is prepared for viewings and events, that it is clean, and that all equipment is functional.
  • To be responsible for the overall Woods Quay site in terms of cleanliness, health and safety, security and minor maintenance issues.
  • To have full knowledge and control of the annual maintenance schedule reporting into the Chief Engineer and General Manager.

  • General basic pier maintenance, cleanliness and jet washing of Woods Quay weekly, plus for ad-hoc events and showrounds where additional demand exists.
  • Developing and managing the system of receiving of contractors on site ensuring they are aware of health and safety guidelines liaising with the Marine Director, Chief Engineer, General Manager & Ops Manager.
  • General event assistance to include assisting the Bar Managers with stocking bar fridges and completing stock-in sheets for the Operations Team, supervising event de-rigs with event suppliers across the quay and fleet ensuring damage is reported and dealt with and assisting the FOH team with event set ups periodically.
  • Managing all goods in and goods out; receiving and checking FOH and BOH deliveries on site and ensuring the relevant departments are notified.
