KEY PROJECTS
Nestle Tutbury – I installed basket containment and power cabling for new lighting, canalised and fitted batten lighting to replace the existing system over and around a live production line. Working as part of a team to tight deadlines, I maintained strict safety and contamination controls and coordinated with production to carry out canalise installations during shutdowns, ensuring safe, efficient completion and site tidy-up.
Nestle Tutbury – I completed SWA terminations to rotary isolator switches and commando sockets, and worked with the team to install heavy-duty high-level cable routing using ladder and basket containment, employing a MEWP to relocate power from existing distribution boards into a new distribution board. I then removed old boards and cabling in a high-risk environment, adhered to strict safety procedures, and completed a thorough site tidy-up.
WM Lee Ltd – As part of a team, I installed low-level cable routing under multiple conveyor belts in a high-risk foundry environment, using cable tray containment, SY cable, junction boxes and batten lighting. I ensured safe, compliant installation practices around heavy machinery, secured and supported all wiring to prevent damage, conducted testing and corrections, and completed a thorough site tidy-up.
Trustford – Assisting electricians with EICR testing, identifying any remedial work needed at multiple sites up and down the country.
Stone X Metals Ltd - As part of a team, I routed and installed mains, lighting and data cables across three floors using basket containment, carrying out both first- and second-fix work for lighting switches, mains switch dado trunking (including data) and kitchen and bathroom fittings. I assisted with routing feeder cables back to the main power board, removed old cables, fixings and obsolete distribution boards, and completed a thorough site tidy-up.
