Spearheaded adoption of cutting-edge technology, enhancing operational efficiency and lowering overhead costs
• Successfully delivered £13m AMRAU Healthcare Unit at Stoke Hospital, managing complex service diversions and groundwork's/piling activities around critical live utility infrastructure while maintaining safe operations within live hospital environment.

Worked in a multi-disciplinary role on state of the art £73m Harborne Hospital project over a five-year period, initially serving as a Setting Out/Checking Engineer across key packages, including:

• Complex reinforced concrete (RC) frame with stringent tolerances, incorporating specialist bunker and MRI facilities
• GRC cladding panels and curtain wall façade, involving intricate structural interfaces and bracketry challenges
• Groundworks and piling operations, including deep drainage caissons and tunnelling works
• Following completion of the primary RC frame, progressed into supporting management of building envelope package. Acted as key design liaison, coordinating across disciplines to resolve structural frame and bracketry issues arising from significant load constraints associated with the GRC cladding system.

Assistant Engineer on i54 project, £90m, 900,000 sq ft greenfield manufacturing facility.

• Supported delivery of extensive earthworks to achieve required formation levels for large-scale concrete slab and factory facility and included surveying and validating bulk spoil volumes
• Setting out and quality assurance Of holding down bolts for structural steel establishing and maintaining gridlines, levels (GLs) and inspecting slab build-up to ensure compliance with design specifications, tolerances, and quality standards

Assistant Engineer on the Bishop Gate project, a £60m city-centre high-rise student accommodation development comprising three tower blocks and an adjoining plinth.

• Responsible for quality control of the building envelope, including establishing datums and grid lines (GLs) for use by the envelope subcontractor during setting out
• Carried out QA inspections across all façade stages, from EPDM installation through to completion of cladding and window systems
• As the project progressed, transitioned into managing the brickwork package, overseeing works to ensure quality, compliance, and programme adherence
