  • During the last 14 months being back with Kier living I have overseen a social housing project for Oldham council. This project consisted of 48 units 6 apartments and 2 bungalows. All were traditionally built.
  • My next scheme I oversaw along with 1 assistant was one of Kier constructions first PD projects for homes England which will house 256 properties from 3-4 bedrooms and the project will run for 4 years. As well as overseeing the whole scheme I have divided the build-up into stages with myself taking the properties from ground to watertight and my assistant going from 2nd fix / final to CML.
