Dedicated fire service leader with extensive experience at Lancashire Fire & Rescue since 2015. Advanced from Firefighter to Crew Manager, now holding the position of Watch Manager at Blackpool Airport. Skilled in incident command and adept at managing a wide variety emergency situations.

Focused on promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence among team members through the stations training program and utilising the companies training needs analysis to provide the RFFS department with a team of highly proficient Crew members who are motivated on a day to day basis with the correct work/balance. I will make the Crew feel empowered and valued by creating an inclusive workforce allowing the team to grow together by encouraging them all to become the leaders of tomorrow, they will be managed with honesty and integrity, both qualities i hold as my key values.
