  • Pulling and compiling files, complaints, and cases for requesters via Quest.
  • Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of Newsdesk current awareness alerts. Previously completed a maintenance projects when first took over the function to fix any broken alerts and update the parameters of all alerts to improve content pulls.
  • Exit processing for leavers of the firm, to maintain user lists on some of our most valuable resources and ensure the back end of resources are as navigable and streamlined as possible for colleagues.
  • Cataloguing projects to document all of the firm's print material in a new catalogue system. This will be expanding to include all online resources in the future.
  • Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to streamline research processes. Completed ad hoc projects with other teams in the Knowledge and Innovation department, to both expand my own range of abilities and assist teams in need of assistance.
  • Part of the Competitive Intelligence committee within Research, aiming to realise a full function in the future. Currently taking requests on an as-required basis - requests have included company research and competitor research.
