  • Review and investigate unreconciled test results, liaising with laboratory to resolve discrepancies, ensure accurate patient records, and support timely diagnosis and treatment, organise re-testing if required by postal kit or in person appointment
  • Identify and software issues with the electronic patient systems, website or online portal - report and liaise with IT departments, laboratory Technicians and any other departments needed to resolve
  • Stock/Procurement:
  • Single point of contact for managing the ordering and procurement of large quantities of stock used in testing kits, including raising product quality issues or delays and resolving them efficiently to minimize disruption to testing activities with great communication and maintaining good relationships with our suppliers
  • Closely monitoring stock levels and liaising with the kit production team ensuring there is always sufficient stock to meet operational needs
