- Lead the team in staying ahead of the curve on all things Paid Media; identifying training needs and sharing cutting-edge insights.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of paid media principles and best practices across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, and Programmatic platforms.
- Take full ownership of conveying technical information to clients, ensuring they understand and can implement your recommendations.
- Analyze data to identify trends that improve ad targeting and performance.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other paid media tools to provide a comprehensive view of a client's digital performance.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of key marketing and ad management platforms, such as Campaign Manager and Meta Business Manager.
- Manage and optimize paid media channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
