  • Throughout working for Interact CC (supporting the sales process of EE LTD) I have gained a lot of confidence in myself and helping others. I love to speak with customers and assist them with their needs. My department is upgrades and retentions where I have worked on this campaign for over 1 year. Over the year I have helped customers with various needs, from upgrading their phone to helping to bring bills down due to the CPI increase which happens every year. I always ensure that even if the call is not a phone upgrade I make sure there is no where else I can save money for the customer or benefit them in any other way (e.g. Broadband…) by actively looking on the customers account and asking questions that may save them money elsewhere.

  • My first job was working as a Saturday girl in a busy hairdressers situated in Platt Bridge. Where I was just 14 and wanting to earn some money for myself, I started by helping with basic tasks then then progressed and I was fascinated by the hairdressers and what they do I eventually was asked to start shampooing and blow drying clients hair then styling such as straightening, curling or plaiting. I took part in tasks such as:
  • Professionally greeted clients and delivered friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
  • Made sure the customer is seated comfortably and offer to get them a refreshment whilst they wait for the hairdresser, I would also make small talk around what style they was going for or their plans for the rest of the day, to make the customer feel valued.
  • I would also make sure the salon was cleaning thoroughly to high expectations and take and restock the shelves with any new hair products.
