During the pandemic, we were all sadly in a lockdown. Being on furlough, not being able to leave the house, see family or friends really was a sad time for us all. During this time I decided I would make an Instagram account to show people I knew (family, friends etc.) the passion I had for cooking! I started uploading all my favourite dishes I love to make and people become interested and wanted to try! I was shocked how much people liked it. I did have a few close people try my food when the rules started being lifted, and they loved it. Even asking for my food regularly! this just proved to myself regardless of the situation I was in I still made something positive out of it and I was proud of myself!
