I have worked at the medical and surgical A/E of a tertiary hospital, managing cases such as hypoglycemia and HHS in DM patients, Sickle cell patients with Vaso occlusive crisis, cardiac arrest, and heart failure, MI, acute head injury, acute renal injury, TIA, acute asthmatic attack, extensive burns with hyperkalemia, poisoning, Upper GI bleeding, hemoperitoneum, envenomation from snake bite, PE, Guillain Barr syndrome, among others.
