As a front of house staff member in hospitality, my role involves a combination of waitress and hosting duties. Always providing excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. My responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders and answering enquiries. These experiences have honed my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a spa assistant, I had the opportunity to handle various responsibilities, including administration duties. This involved writing up guest forms, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls to ensure a smooth and efficient spa experience for our guests. In addition to my receptionist duties, I also took care of tasks all around the spa, including stocking up supplies, managing the products, ensuring cleanliness throughout the spa. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that guests received the utmost care.

As a nursery assistant, I provided a safe and nurturing environment for young children. My responsibilities included supervising the children during playtime, meal times, engaging in educational activities and supporting the children's development. This role required excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a welcoming demeanor. My experience as a nursery assistant equipped me with transferable skills contributing in the hospitality industry.
