Managed the total delivery of Jobs from start to finish, from client contact, creating quotes and budgets, in some cases over 6 figures, assembling teams from our freelance database, creating communication for the crew and then supervising the delivery of the job on site.

Working closely with the client and my team to ensure information is passed clearly between the two; I prioritise good first impressions and working on building rapport.

Due to the size small size of our team at TMC, I also have taken on the responsibility of creating all onboarding handbooks and guides for new crew and new events.

I manage the teams social media, which I have only been doing since the beginning of 2026 but since then the average views and interactions per post has tripled.

Post grad position, Team Leader at a local costa, responsibilities include; cashing up, stock check, ordering stock, ensuring cleaning standards are met on the close.

Worked as freelance crew member to accompany my studies at university.

Often committing to the whole festival season, I built up my reputation from being on small stages in teams of 3/4 to my final season in 2023 where I worked exclusively on main stages.

The role combines the need to look after oneself in a fast paced environment while also ensuring you are working safely but effectively with your colleagues and the touring personnel from bands who you'll only be with for half a day at most.

One example stands out in particular, Download 2023, where half the stagehands where from TMC and the other half from a different company, after some initial teething issues due to differences in working culture, we talked those out and by Sunday where a well-oiled machine.

Picker/Packer for a local bakery company. Ensuring each daily quota was met and managing the organisation of the store room while maintaining a good level of hygiene.

In-house crew member for the 02 academy in Bristol, assisting with the load in and load out of bands.

Weekend shifts at a craft-beer bar that opened on my hometowns highstreet

Worked as a bartender/waiter at the northern chain restaurant Rudy's Pizza while studying at university.

Fast-paced environment, particularly on weekends due to the restaurants location directly outside the train Station. Learn to multi-task more effectively and improve on my time management skills & a free Pizza every shift was pretty good too.

Growing up I worked as a barista/kitchen assistant in various independent cafes around my hometown. Only ever casual weekend employment but it was a good experience to learn the ropes of several different locations and see different approaches.
