Laurence Evangelinos

I am a University student currently studying at Leeds, however, I have worked part-time in Manchester throughout my first and second years while studying. I am now looking for a change of work from my current employment as I have ample free time, due to my exams being complete before the end of May. I pride myself on approaching all staff or guests with politeness and professionalism, I am confident in my ability to integrate into new work environments to contribute positively, and I would like assure you of my commitment and willingness to work hard. I kindly request that you give my application full consideration.

When I was working towards a Medical degree, I took 2 volunteering positions:

Mind Shop, Heald green (6 months): Worked as a cashier, and handled stock for the shop.

Laurus Primary school, Cheadle (5 months): Worked as an assistant under a teacher for an after school cooking club, where I worked with children. I was able to make sure the children had fun, whilst keeping them out of harms way, and actively encouraging them to participate. The teacher had a varying number of 20-30 children which were a handful alone, so I was able to lighten the workload by supervising a section of the class on her behalf.

I have a keen interest with many physical hobbies, namely: snowboarding/skiing, swimming, and especially calisthenics/weight training. I pride myself on keeping physically fit because I love training for myself, It allows me to be resilient and give myself peace of mind, which helps at especially stressful times not specific to just work.
