• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience
• Meeting and exceeding branch targets through proactive support and solution-focused service
• Assisting customers with everyday banking needs and offering guidance during times of financial difficulty
• Managing sensitive and complex situations, including fraud investigations and bereavement support
• Encouraging and supporting the use of digital banking tools, empowering customers to bank independently
