• Leading procurement activities from tender enquiry through to contract award, including tender analysis, commercial evaluations, recommendation reports and negotiations.
• Managing change control processes including quotation assessment, commercial negotiations, cost impact reviews and agreement of change events.
• Producing cost reports, forecasts and commercial assessments to support project delivery and business decision-making.
• Reviewing specifications, scope changes and design development to identify commercial impacts, risks and opportunities.
• Managing subcontract accounts through the full project lifecycle, including procurement, valuation, change management and final account agreement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, project teams and subcontractors.

• Change Control Manager on the Buckingham Palace South Wing Refurbishment.
• Responsible for procurement of the majority of specialist subcontract packages on BPAL SW
• Procurement and commercial management experience across a broad range of specialist subcontract disciplines including structural steelwork, architectural metalwork, scaffolding, flooring, tiling, decorations, landscaping, logistics, façade cleaning, carpentry and joinery, and specialist heritage works.
• Managed procurement and subcontract packages with individual values up to approximately £2m.
• Acted as Commercial Lead on Chevening House with responsibility for procurement, cost reporting, valuations and change management.
• Successfully negotiated and awarded numerous specialist subcontract packages through competitive tender processes.
• Worked on a mixture of both commercial management and traditional contracts.
• Projects worked on; Selfridges, Bloomberg, 80 Strand, 135 Bishopsgate, Chevening House, Buckingham Palace ( East and South Wing), Tolworth Hospital PCSA, Rushworth Street (PCSA).

• Provided comprehensive administrative and document control support, ensuring efficient project operations for Selfridges Phase I.
